Funeral Arranger

Lodge Brothers in Ascot is looking for a compassionate Funeral Arranger to support our families during their most challenging time.

As a Funeral Arranger, you'll offer support, advice & guidance to families ensuring they create a personalised farewell for their loved ones, whether in our modern offices or at private residences. You will also ensure that our deceased are respectfully cared for and presented for families to view in Chapel of Rest, so must be comfortable with working with the deceased. Other responsibilities include liaising with clergy, celebrants, crematoria, cemeteries and funeral stationery designers. Funeral Arrangers are required to comply with a strict dress code policy.

We're looking for individuals with a background in customer-facing roles, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in IT and familiarity with funeral-related legal paperwork are beneficial. You should be flexible to travel within our network and ideally live within 30 minutes of Ascot. The role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 5:00 pm _**every alternate week**_.
