**Role: Organisational Lead Coordinator - Driver licence desirable but not essential**

**Salary: £30,000 per year + earning an extra (up to 6K) if happy to join on-call teams**

**Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs per week) - Working Monday to Friday**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Based: Home Based with travel to regional branch locations when **required (Ideally based in West or South Yorkshire with potential travel to the North East and North West)

**Accountability**

The post holder is accountable to the Director of Performance & Systems.

The Lead Co-ordinator will work closely with our Co-ordination teams across the organisation.

**Role and Responsibility**
- To oversee the effective co-ordination of the hours of care to be delivered across the organisation.
- To provide development, support, and leadership to our co-ordination teams
- To work closely with the Director of Performance to enhance the quality of co-ordination and care delivery.
- To drive the development of the business in line with the company's vision, mission and values and promote an organisation culture based on a person-centred support, quality standards and compliance regulatory bodies regulations.
- To analyse data, making informed decisions to improve care delivery.
- Upskilling local teams to better understand and utilise data.
- To provide leadership, support and coaching to staff.
- To provide excellent customer service to service users and their families and to liaise with external colleagues in a professional and effective manner.
- To ensure Be Caring's policies and procedures are followed at all times

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**

**1. Managing Care Provision**
- To work closely with our teams to ensure we safely and effectively manage the co-ordination of the support worker rotas for the smooth running of the business.
- To support, develop and provide training to co-ordinators at a local level
- To support the Operations Managers in their local co-ordination in times of absence ie annual leave, sickness etc
- To oversee the effective use of Carefree ensuring data input is accurate
- Attend meetings as required.
- To always act in a manner which respects the Confidentiality of Service Users, Staff, and any other involved Parties.

**2. Management and Administration**
- To develop strong working relationships with local services
- To support all aspects of staff learning and development
- Participation in general management and administration of the organisation.
- To attend meetings when required to do so and to support your team to attend and participate in meetings.
- To assist with planning and organising staff recruitment.
- To prepare reports, and monitor statistics as required by the Director of Performance and the Commissioners
- To support and facilitate the growth of the company in all aspects of the role.
- To work with key commissioning partners to ensure we are responsive to the needs of new and existing clients and to support local teams to respond in a timely fashion in picking up new care packages
- To work flexibly as required by the needs of the service.
- To support the production of weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Support local teams to ensure carefree is accurate to support the invoicing to our clients and commissioners to strengthen the organisation's financial management
- Oversee the provision of accurate information to finance to ensure our colleagues are paid fairly for the care they are delivering

**3. Training and Development**
- To prepare for, and participate in monthly Be Supported, and annual Be Proud sessions with the Director of Performance.
- To attend and participate in relevant training sessions.
- To demonstrate a commitment to personal development.

**4. Other Duties**
- To treat all staff colleagues, fairly and respectfully in all aspects of the role.
- To promote the principles of employee ownership as unique selling point for Be Caring.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as dictated by the needs of the Service or as identified by the Board of Directors.
