Bartender

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
- Stock check and place orders with suppliers

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

**Skills**:

- Bartending: Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
- Basic math: Ability to calculate bills, handle cash, and make change accurately
- Restaurant: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including order taking, food service, and cleanliness standards
- Hospitality: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs

**Salary**: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
