Our client hasan exciting opportunity for a **Salesforce Stack Administrator** to join their team in **London, Docklands.** You will join them on a **full time, permanent basis**, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£45,221 - £50,343 per annum, depending on experience+ excellent benefits ( travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension, health insurance ).**
The Company is the pioneering data centre colocation provider, an owner operator of Tier III data centres, connectivity and managed ICT solutions to over 2000 market leading corporations around the world. In the UK their Docklands data centre campus facilitatesthe majority of the London Internet Exchange’s (LINX) capacity, meaning that they support a huge proportion of all UK internet traffic, making their Docklands campus a globally important internet hub.
**The Salesforce Stack Administratorrole overview**:
As the salesforce administrator, reporting to the European IT Director, you will be responsible for the everyday running of their Salesforce and related systems. As they go through their own digital transformation, you will be integral to ensuring that theyhave the systems and integrations to support the requirements of Business Stakeholders.
**Key tasks of theirSalesforce Stack Administrator**:
- Supporting the Production and Development environment.
- Organising and leading technical design and scoping sessions while working closely with various other teams on the best ways forward.
- Working directly with end users of all levels to understand their questions and issues and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Customising fields, objects, flows and processes to make the system more efficient and user-friendly and to benefit from the latest features from Salesforce.
- Designing a roll out plan to switch to the lighting platform including an impact assessment.
- Rolling out those new features and any integrations as needed including documentation, training users and creating reports and dashboards to monitor compliance and adoption.
- Systems improvements: Co-ordinating the end-to-end testing of new workflows, rules, and objects
- Learning new technologies and keeping abreast of existing Cloud technologies and help introduce them where appropriate.
- Managing Salesforce configuration changes including Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and dashboards.
- Training users and creating training materials
- Reviewing Salesforce Data structure and data quality and providing suggestions on areas for improvement.
- Supporting the contract management system and helping set up direct integration into Salesforce.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the Contract to Cash process within the business.
- Managing UAT for any new implementation support by the IT programme management team.
- Vendor management including quarterly business reviews.
**Essential requirements they’re looking for in theirSalesforce Stack Administrator**:
- Experience in design, development and testing of Salesforce.
- Experience of Middleware technologies such as Mulesoft, Informatica etc.
- Experience in XML, XSLT, XSD’s, SOAP, REST and other widely used protocols in Integration space.
- Experience with SFDC Service Cloud
- Hands on experience / solid functional understanding of custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, approval processes, flows and triggers.
- Experience with Pardot
- Good communication skills
