**About us**:
A position for a post-doctoral Research Fellow is available in the Innate2Adaptive group at UCL to analyse and integrate high dimensional data sets, specifically high-throughput bulk and single cell T cell receptor sequencing. The post-holder will develop analysis pipelines for large T cell receptor datasets from cohorts of cancer patients, working as part of an international consortium focused on early detection of cancer.
**About the role**:
The post-holder will be expected to work closely with “wet” lab scientists, clinicians and computational biologists. Applicants from computational or biological backgrounds will be considered, but proficiency in Python and Bash scripting and familiarity with machine learning algorithms is essential. Familiarity with bioinformatics is also required. Further training in immunology can be provided.
The post is for 1 year in the first instance, with the possibility of extension to three years.
