I am lucky enough to be working with a leading Global RPA & AI consultancy with a strong foothold in the UK.
Due to year on year growth, they are looking to hire an RPA Management Consultant to help the business land and expand in RPA clients across the UK and Europe.
You will be an equal blend of sales and delivery, working within multiple projects consecutively.
You will have a strong connection to the RPA leaders in end clients and source new projects as well as oversee the delivery of these projects.
The primary tool is UiPath but there will be exposure to other cutting edge technology.
**RPA Management Consultant Specification**:

- Identify options and solutions to address complex client issues and challenges.
- Perform a client delivery focused role which typically involves the leadership of complex and large-scale public service reform.
- Develop and sustain client relationships by demonstrating insight and understanding of the challenges facing clients, at a personal, organisational and system level.
- Lead and develop insightful proposals and propositions which demonstrate and contribute to market leading position.
- Win and lead client delivery engagements which are commercially viable.
- Lead our teams day-to-day, to produce compelling analysis, presentations, reports, and other deliverables that are well drafted, whilst also addressing complex, politically sensitive issues
- Design, plan, facilitate and lead events, workshops, and interactive sessions to support our clients.
- Proactively maintain project oversight, including financial and project risk management
- Develop networks across to bring additional expertise and value to our clients.
