**Post Title**: Income Control Administrator**SBU/Department**: Academic Registry**FTE**: 1 FTE (working 37 hours per week)**Duration of Contract**: Fixed Term Contract (12 Month Maternity Cover)**Salary**: UH4 £22,662 pa to £23,715 pa with potential to progress to £25,642 pa on achieving designated skills and experience**Location**: College Lane Campus, University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield- We are looking to appoint an Administrator to form part of the Income Control team within Student Finance and based in the Student Centre.**Main duties and responsibilities**
- The role of the Income Control team is to collect and bank the income due to the University and its Subsidiaries, by students and commercial companies. The team also maintains, reviews and reconciles the Student Ledgers, which includes interface postings from both the student tuition and accommodation fee generating systems.- Duties include providing a frontline over the counter service and the back-office service to Students and Staff regarding payments and other Student finance related queries, with daily reconciliations.**Skills and experience required**-
