**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and gathering information for the creation of proposals for various special events, including VIP parties, conferences, brand launches, and travel incentives.
- Obtaining quotations, negotiating rates, and establishing strong relationships with suppliers.
- Developing event sheets using InDesign software.
- Assisting with marketing tasks and providing support to the sales team as needed.
- Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and organizing sales-related files and information.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and successful event execution.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest and knowledge of luxury high-end experiences, including hospitality, hotels and venues.
- Some relevant experience with bespoke high-end events such as summer or temporary work within VIP hospitality or high-end hotels or venues is beneficial
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with InDesign is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
