**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday, 36.25
**Salary**: £21,840 and up to 20% bonus and company benefits
**Location**: Blackpool office

**Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrow**

As a mortgage administrator at Tandem your focus will be on:

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the mortgage process by liaising with relevant parties.
- Manage internal admin systems.
- Filing, retrieving, and correctly storing away and scanning (DMS) documents on to accounts.
- Take responsibility for your performance and work towards achieving the KPIs set by the business.

- Sharp attention to detail with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in working towards targets and KPIs.

**It would be great, but not essential if you have**:

- Previous experience in a mortgage administration role or similar administrative position within the financial services industry.
- Experience working with solicitors, brokers, and customers in a professional capacity.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
