Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate and set up rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Market properties through various channels to attract potential tenants
- Provide guidance to clients on the rental process
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lettings negotiation preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
