Production Cell Leader

Job role

To manage the Cell effectively by prioritising activities on a day-to-day basis. Aim to achieve a minimum of 98% quality and delivery performance, by utilising leadership and motivational techniques.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Day to Day liaison with Cell Technicians and Management of Cell Operatives
- Facilitate in problem Solving
- Accountable of Cell objectives
- Allocation of operatives in conjunction with the Cell Technician
- Ensure work-flow on the Cell
- Prioritise the Cells workload
- Allocation of holidays
- Late delivery tracking and instigate improvements
- Attend monthly meetings
- Ensure all new process and production improvement initiatives are sustained
- Raise all internal inspection reports
- Liaise with our internal customers
- Ensure process instructions are adhered to
- Ensure cell complies with quality procedures
- Manage continuous improvement

**Person skills**
- Supervisory experience
- Leadership and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/process driven environment

**Salary**: £26,600.00 per year
