Bingo Cashier/book Seller

**The role require to work Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Sat aft/Sat eve/Sun**

**Normal shift pattern will be 5.30pm start and Finish 9.30pm/9.45pm**

**Sat aft will be 12.45pm to 4pm**

**The total hours are 24 to 26 hours weekly.**

**Must be over 18 for gambling laws.**

**Bingo Cashier Role**

A Bingo Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service and accurately handling financial transactions in a busy bingo hall. They must be able to process payments and issue prizes, answer customer queries and ensure the rules of the game are followed.

**Bingo Cashier Duties**
- Operate bingo machines and terminals to enable customers to play the game
- Collect cash payments and issue receipts
- Check customers' tickets to ensure they have the correct numbers
- Provide customers with change and advice on how to play the game
- Check tickets and pay out winnings to customers
- Ensure game rules are followed and abide by gaming regulations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide customer service and resolve complaints
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
