_**Junior RPA Developer**_

This is an exciting opportunity to try something different and to reskill as an RPA Developer. Training will be provided to allow the role holder to play a full part in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programme, developing automation solutions in linewith strategic business aims.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Participate in reviewing business processes alongside the business analyst to establish if they are suitable for RPA
- Support the re-engineering of processes to remove waste and allow automation
- Digest business requirements and help to establish technical requirements
- Assist in the designing, building, and testing of RPA projects using Automation Anywhere robotics software
- Learn to develop high-quality (RPA) software solutions, in line with best practice
- Maintain relevant documentation for all projects created
- Provide technical support during UAT and implementation phases.
- Support with the maintenance of deployed projects, troubleshooting if issues are identified
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Be a change champion as we position RPA as a tool in the Digital Transformation of MSC UK

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:
Technical Skills
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Familiarity with software implementation
- Ability to simplify and concisely convey complex ideas
- IT development experience preferred but not essential
