Ecommerce Executive

An exciting opportunity within a growing fashion brand in the North West for an Ecommerce Executive to join their trading team.

**THE COMPANY**

An online premium brand in the North West have created a new role for an Ecommerce Executive as part of their ongoing growth. They are a rapidly growing business that design the products inhouse with new styles being released regularly, it’s a great timeto be joining the business. Working in the busy Ecommerce department you will be responsible for the planning and uploading new products across the Ecommerce channels

**THE ROLE**
- Ensure all new products are uploaded within set timeframes.
- Amending the Magento system as required
- Reviewing the website daily and amend all products / banners / images regularly.
- Liaising with Buying / Merchandising / Warehouse teams to resolve and stock or SKU issues.
- Working with supply chain partners to to deliver products to the critical date path.
- Working under the direction of Ecommerce Manager you will manage the visual merchandising of the site.
- Managing the portfolio of samples, images & copy information ahead of launches
- Continually review the online customer journey & conversion rates and monitor KPI’s
- Monitor competitor websites and advise any potential amendments for improvement.
- Maintaining relationships with internal & external partners to continuously improve, innovate and maximise both products and profitability.

**ABOUT**
- Previous experience within fast paced FMCG / Retail / Ecommerce industry essential
- Excellent Magento skills and general IT packages
- Strong multi-tasker who can self-manage and use initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness with the drive to succeed.
