Medico-legal Secretary

Experience is not essential as full training will be given, however a **strong administration **or experience in case management and report preparation in a **fast paced environment** will be highly advantageous as this is a very busy role.
**Duties**:
- Organise and maintain files, documents and cases
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with case management by liaising with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Prepare reports, letters and invoicing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Good Microsoft Word skills with formatting capability
