We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Support Officer to work in this Private Bank in Mayfair, London.

You should have proven private banking experience, with solid banking products and service experience, working in a certified role, qualified in either or both arranging regulated mortgages (CeMAP and investments at least IAD or equivalent.

Membership of CISI advantageous, studying towards further professional qualifications will be encouraged.

You will assist the Relationship Managers with banking and client related administration on a daily basis, to include transfers, payments, monitoring and fixing of bank deposits, processing of purchases and securities sales.

Assist in acquiring new and developing existing client relationships, cross selling the banks products and services when appropriate.

Where certified liaise with RMs to assess clients objectives, attitude to risk, personal circumstances and any existing portfolios to identify and advise on bespoke strategies.

Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, diaries, correspondence and expenses. Assist in preparing for and attending client meetings. Preparation and arranging travel for senior managers and Directors, preparation of papers for business trips.

Produce banking reports, obtain valuations of client portfolios and prepare consolidated positions.

Arrange cash collections, cheque books, liaise with stakeholders.

Accurate and complete due diligence on account opening, putting together client packs

Dealing with client instructions execution of payments, deposits, loans, FX deals, transfers and securities transactions.

Dealing with Account monitoring, executing internal procedures, follow on escalations and speaking with clients as appropriate. Client reviews of all investments, PEPs, Credit and Investments
