**What you will be doing...**

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor the recruitment team’s social media accounts and key online job board profiles ensuring all information is kept fresh, up-to-date, accurate and tailored appropriately for the audience.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to proactively develop creative content plans showcasing company values and personality and driving demand for current vacancies.
- Proactively develop creative assets (video / photography) ensuring they are aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Schedule all content and adverts, making sure it is accurate and within agreed timescales and any costs are agreed in advance.
- Respond to all comments and public / private messages ensuring a 100% response rate SLA and escalating issues where necessary.
- Monitor key recruitment / employment forums (i.e. Glassdoor) and develop a plan for promoting us as an employer of choice.
- Support on the delivery of key recruitment campaigns.
- Attend key recruitment / HR events and roadshows.
- Work closely with the brand social team to amplify relevant activity across recruitment channels.
- With direction from the recruitment team work with relevant departments across the business to help support on their recruitment drives.
- Work closely with the PPC and digital teams to develop strategic advertising plans.
- Ensure all social media campaigns are appropriately tagged to allow for accurate reporting on campaign success.
- Investigate opportunities for growth across other social media channels.
- Responsible for monitoring engagement, sentiment, volume of / responses to comments, social advertising spend and produce monthly performance reports.
- Analyse results to develop future content.
- Any other duties as required.

Ideally with proven social media and communications experience, you should have a strong work ethic and commercial flair plus a proactive, creative outlook. You should also have sound technical knowledge and the ability to work to tight project deadlines within a fast-paced team.

Key skills / experience
- Experience and successful track record of creative content and campaign planning.
- Strong social media and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of all social media channels including LinkedIn and forums.
- Self-starter with confidence to work on own initiative and liaise with key stakeholders in the business.
- Recruitment experience ideal but not essential.
- Spanish speaker desirable but not essential.
