Dental Nursing Apprentice

We are a fully private practice with an NHS orthodontic
contract. So the pace isn't as fast as full NHS practices.
The role will include
- Nursing in surgery
- Decontaminating instruments
- Some admin including work on reception

Other parts of the job also include keeping the surgeries
clean and making plenty of tea Looking for a great trainee to support the dentists and work as part of a team.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C/4 or Above) essential

**FUTURE PROSPECTS**: Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

**NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE**:
The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £4.81 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.

Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.

The minimum wage rates are £6.83 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £9.18 for anyone aged 21-22 and £9.50 for anyone aged 23 and over.
