Key roles and responsibilities
- To carry out fulfilment duties to ensure the customer or supplier receives their product in good order.
- All elements of pick, pack and hand work
- Support and assist the gluing operator with make ready, feeding or taking off cartons.
- Quality Control checking to ensure product meets the requirements
- Complete all quality checks and complete the required documentation
- Assist the Warehouse Operative to prepare goods for despatch
- Effective communication across all departments
- To ensure correct procedures are followed and associated timesheets and documentation are completed including shop floor data capture.
- Establish and maintain best working practices.
- To ensure that quality and environmental standards are adhered to, working with KPI’s and meeting targets.
- Observe and comply with company Health and Safety Policy, and be knowledgeable with regards to all Elanders policies and procedures.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager

Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- Experience of working within a fulfilment environment.
- Good eye for detail/quality checking
- Flexible, organised and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BELLSHILL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
