- We as the Food & Beverage department are the first point of contact for customers, which makes us a key part of providing an unforgettable experience.
- This is a very exciting time for the department, as we will soon be opening three new venues including a Cabaret bar, which will host fun, unique and unforgettable events and Ffwrnais, a café and bar that will cover the entire entrance of the centre which will be the hub of the building, open from 9am - 11pm, providing a space for all the community

**About the Role and Responsibilities**:

- As F&B Supervisor you will be reporting to the F&B Manager & Head of F&B.
- You will be a core member of the team and key to the successful development of our new venues and delivery of unforgettable experiences.
- As a supervisor, your role will be operationally based in any of the WMC’s bars or cafes.
- You will be key in motivating the Food & Beverage team to provide world leading standards of customer service.
- You will be responsible for line managing & training staff to the WMC’s standard operational procedures and ensuring these standards are always adhered to
- You will be adept at building positive relationships with our customers and resolve any customer issues quickly to the benefit of both parties, modeling excellent customer service to staff.
- You will actively contribute to the development of the Food & Beverage department, by bringing ideas of how to improve our service
- You will be representing the Food & Beverage team within the centre and will be required to build and maintain good working relationships with all departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Your will responsible for completing daily, weekly and ad hoc tasks, as set by the head of F&B; these include, managing floats, stocktakes, stock order forms, completing checklists, control departmental wastage and others.
- To have responsibility for Health and Safety of self, and others.
- Undertake any other duties as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- You will have experience within multiple areas of the hospitality industry; for example, experience of making coffees, cocktails, working with food, front of house experience etc
- You will have demonstratable experience of leading teams of staff, encouraging development & ensuring standards are met
- You will have qualifications or high level of experience with Food Safety, H&S, First Aid and personal licencing
