**Key Responsibilities**:
Donor Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential donors, build relationships, and communicate the organization's mission and impact.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract new donors and secure financial contributions. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to donor inquiries and addressing concerns.

Community Awareness: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute compelling content that highlights the non-profit's work, impact, and funding needs.
Organize and participate in community events, campaigns, and presentations to raise awareness and garner support. Leverage social media platforms and other communication channels to engage the community and promote fundraising initiatives.

Fundraising Support:Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives. Develop fundraising materials and resources to educate potential donors and showcase the non-profit's mission. Provide support during fundraising activities, including donor prospecting, cultivation, and stewardship.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, communications, or non-profit management is a plus.
- Previous experience in fundraising, community outreach, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and inspire potential donors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for creating persuasive content and delivering impactful presentations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with fundraising techniques, donor databases, and social media platforms is desirable.

Pay: £500.00-£700.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dundonald: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
