Our client is a busy building solutions company, dealing mainly with interior retail and restaurant fit outs for customers across the UK, including the likes of Wagamama, Carluccio’s and Pizza Express.

They are looking for an experienced Administrator whose role will focus on general accounts administration as well as general coordination duties supporting the general office as part of a team of 3.

You will be someone who enjoys being busy, will get stuck into tasks and like interacting with a small team.

Ideally, you will have a good level of experience within an accounts administration or hold a AAT qualification.

In a fast paced environment your duties include
- Ordering materials
- Booking hotels
- Organising work permits
- Ordering skips/containers
- Collating site files
- Bought ledger
- Supplier payments
- Bank & credit card reconciliation
- Ordering stationery
- CIS Returns & payment statements
- Updating calendars
- Raising & sending quotes
- Dealing with all associated queries.

**Skills required**
- Excellent levels of maths & English
- Common sense
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Accounting qualification e.g. AAT
