**What you will be doing**
- Establishing fantastic relationships with both buyers and sellers
- Effectively liaising with mortgage brokers and solicitors to progress sales
- Proficiently managing a portfolio of properties
- Dealing with access calls, organising surveys and potentially dealing with re-negotiations
- Working to monthly exchange/completion targets

**What you will have**
- Previous experience within Sales Progression
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A real drive to problem solve and be proactive
- Fantastic organisation skills

**What's in it for you**
- Basic Salary up to £22,000
- Generous commission structure with realistic OTE of £30,000 (more is achievable)
