Junior Video Editor

**Role Overview**
The Junior Video Producer will assist the Head of Studio with shoots on and off-site as well as editing pre-recorded material to ensure the delivery of engaging and professional content to our students.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Following a script, screenplay or outline
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronising them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, colouring and faulty footage
- Working closely with the studio lead to present a final product that matches his or her vision
- Assisting with shoots within the studio or on location
- Help maintain a neat and organised folder structure
- Assisting in video production and video editing
- Filming on location or within the studio
**Person Specification**
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience creating engaging video content
- Experience of editing video and audio and creating clean content
- Proficiency of Premier Pro
- DLSR Camera knowledge
- Knowledge of After Effects & Davinci Resolve desirable
- Qualification in film or media studies would be beneficial

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
