**What we want from you**

As for your experience, we are pretty flexible. Ideally, you will be an existing recruiter, looking to work for a company that doesn’t view endless KPI’s as the be-all and end-all. You may be a trainee consultant or a recruitment resourcer looking to take the next step on that metaphorical ladder everyone always goes on about. Or you may not have worked in recruitment yet, but are a skilled hospitality professional and feel your skills would transfer well to recruitment.
