**A great new opportunity has arisen to play a key role in supporting autistic adults in Cumbria to thrive**

Triple A Project (All About Autism) is a Cumbria based autism charity which is passionate about supporting and enabling autistic adults to navigate through their diagnosis and support into their life post-diagnosis.

Services that Triple A offers include, individual employment support, autism training and education for employers and organisations, one-to-one mentoring, and weekly social groups for autistic adults. We also are commissioned to run post-diagnosis support groups which have been coproduced, designed and are exclusively delivered by autistic facilitators.

Triple A works in meaningful partnership with autistic lived experience experts to ensure we continue to faithfully represent autistic priorities and interests in Cumbria and beyond.

- **Do you have experience of autism (either personal or professional) and a passion for helping autistic adults in Cumbria thrive?**:

- **Do you understand the value and importance of primary stakeholder influence on design and delivery of supports and services?**

**The trustee role** is a voluntary role which involves working as part of a team of trustees to ensure Triple A continues to work towards its stated objectives; to devise and develop strategies to ensure that it continues to do so, as well as revising the charity’s future objectives. Trustees oversee aspects of governance such as safeguarding, finances and employment role specification.

You will have:
