Panoramic Care has partnered with a reputable adult social care provider based in East Sussex to recruit for their next Head of Care to oversee the domiciliary care service. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, making this a great opportunity for those looking for a bit more flexibility.

As the Head of Care, you will provide management and leadership to a small office team of 4 and oversee a large team of care givers. You will also have responsibility for governance and quality assurance as well as developing the group’s strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Registered Manager of domiciliary care agency
- CQC compliance and service improvement
- Build and maintain external relationships
- Oversee care rotas
- Strategic planning for income growth

To be considered for this you be an experienced Registered Manager and be willing to take on Registration. You will have domiciliary care experience and must also have a good track record with CQC.

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £57,000 depending on experience.
