Our client, a dynamic company that specializes in delivering exceptional commercial cleaning services to commercial clients is looking to expand their team with a Sales Agent. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective commercial clients with the aim of securing meetings for their sales team
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of their services and address client enquiries effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for scheduled appointments and conversions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance selling techniques

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Excellent phone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and adaptability to navigate and engage with various clients
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
