**Excellent benefits/National Organisation. Monday to Friday.. 8:30am -5pm.**
Providing support to Business Clients and a team of regional Engineers. Service call management, order processing, labour planning and reporting form key parts of the role.
The Role will include:
- Logging new calls/customer liaison
- Daily planning and allocation of Service Engineers
- Housekeeping of database, sites, equipment etc
- Creating sales orders and booking out parts required
- Invoicing completed works
- Dealing with returned stock from engineers
- Assisting with Invoice queries/Credit note request forms
- Creating quotes for new works/repairs
- Liaising with other departments where required
- General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service Department
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
