Part-time Telesales

The company produces products, including dog treats, dog dinners, dog beer, hampers & giftpacks. We supply hotels, pubs, caravan parks, holiday cottages and retailers. Plus some export.

The company is highly innovative within its field and is expanding rapidly.

This role varies and relates to a mix of duties:

- Acquiring new trade stockists for our products, using the company's CRM & databases.
- Phoning new target customers to get new sales
- Obtaining feedback and receive orders
- Managing leads & enquiries efficiently, using the company's CRM system.
- Using our online admin system to update customer information
- Potentially other duties relating to administration, stock, boxing up orders, bagging/labelling products, etc.

Initial hours are Mon-Thurs, 10am-1pm. However, there may be opportunity to expand hours if successful at the role. The position comes with a 6-month trial period.

Important requirements for the applicant:

- experience of telesales or other type of B2B sales.
- good telephone manner.
- good IT skills.

Desirable for the applicant:

- experience of working in the hospitality or tourism sector.
