**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel are working with a forward thinking business, leading within their sector. They are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Payroll Specialist responsibilities include:

- Co-ordinate and complete monthly payroll for staff to strict deadlines
- Update Payroll system settings as required to ensure correct tax treatment of all pay elements and deductions
- Liaise with 3rd party payroll bureaus to ensure payroll processed for non-UK staff
- Point of contact for all payroll queries - staff, audit, grant bodies etc
- Reconciliation for all payroll related control accounts incl Pension, PAYE, Healthcare etc
- Completion and circulation of annual P11ds electronically
- Statutory reporting and payments to HMRC; FPS, EPS, Apprentice Levy, P11d's, P46Car etc
- Administration of Company Pension deductions and payments on time
- Administration of Private Medical Insurance deductions and payments on time
- Complete weekly Bank reconciliations for all group bank accounts including posting of Cashbook payments and receipts
- Completion of monthly journals for the Management Accounts
- Ensuring personal Accountancy and Payroll CPDs are up to date

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience working within a similar Payroll position - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- A logical thinker with good problem solving skills - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Good interpersonal, time management and organisational skills - Required
- Be studying towards or have completed relevant accountancy qualification - Desirable
