A permanent **Practice Lead **who is educated to degree level and 2 years proven experience in people management and delivering quality assurance activity that delivers better child outcomes. The role will oversee and deploy data, intelligence and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. You will be experienced in developing creative assurance tools which identify strengths and areas for improvement and mobilising rapid practice responses.
