Cherry Care have an EXCITING opportunity for Residential Support Worker or Team leader to join our wonderful team in our residential home.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Workers who want to make a difference in young people's lives and enable them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

There would be options for additional shifts.

It is preferred that you will already hold the Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare but, if not, it is required that you complete this within 2 years.
