Supplying some of the best-known names in the world, our client works with a broad range of sectors including aerospace, automotive, consumer and industrial electronics, marine, medical, retail, vending, telecommunications, and energy.

Full range of precision sheet metalwork, fabrication and assembly services our client offers includes:

- Advanced laser and punch technology
- Precision forming
- MIG, TIG and MIG/TIG welding
- Plating, Powder-coating, wet painting and silk screening
- Mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly
- CNC precision machining services

Due to expansion in the Scottish Borders our client is looking to recruit for a number of CNC professionals and trainees.

As they will initially have two machines, they will need 1 Senior in place and two support staff, for each of the machines.

CNC Skilled Ops - £31200 - £35560
Shift Allowance of 20% out with non-sociable hours.

The client also has quite a clever profit share scheme where staff can earn an additional 10% each month of what the business achieve through some commercial targets.

Initially the site would be open from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday and shift times to suit. It is expected that they will change to a 4-day week sometime soon when they would be open from 6am until midnight 4 days a week.

**Salary**: £31,200.00-£35,560.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
