- Analyse the latest trends and content patterns on TikTok.
- Working closely with the creative director on high-level strategy for Tiktok.
- Targeting content to TikTok audiences and focus on trending topics.
- Managing TikTok calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results.
- Maximising engagement and growth, constantly evaluating performance, benchmarking against competitor content, and pivoting strategy in response to these data indicators.
- Keeping a close eye on the TikTok creator landscape, bring in fresh ideas for talent and content.
- Light copywriting for captions. Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy.

- Enthusiasm and excitement about engaging with social media audience
- Passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers through the creation of content.

- Desire to be part of a tight-knit team looking to transform the traditional media
- Position is based in our Ayr office and wholly work-in-office setup.
