**Job Summary**:
The team of domestic assistants within Ashbrook Care Home are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the care home in order to provide a suitable and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

This role will involve working 30 hours per week (5 days) with shift times being 8.30am - 3.00pm.

The role will involve weekend working on a shared rota basis.

**Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team;
- No previous experience required as full training will be provided.

**Key Tasks**:

- Cleaning resident bedrooms;
- Cleaning communal areas such as dayrooms, dining rooms, corridors etc.
- Adhering to infection control guidelines.

Ashbrook Care Home is a purpose built single-storey 68 bed care home located in spacious landscaped grounds just a few minutes drive from Junction 14 of the M1 motorway.

We have a diverse team of friendly and professional staff which helps to create an enjoyable work environment where new staff members are always supported and made to feel comfortable as they settle into their new role.
