Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. The main aspect of this role is to provide a professional and outstanding level of service in all communication with clients and colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

- Deals with clients queries effectively and promptly.
- Approaches and welcomes all visitors in a friendly and open manner, developing good relationships.
- Provides clients with refreshments as appropriate.
- Deals promptly with incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.
- Updates client mailing lists implementing changes as appropriate.
- Organises client appointments and the client review calendar.
- Maintains stationary and domestic supplies, ordering as appropriate.
- Displays accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
- Liaises with others to ensure an effective client service, creating a seamless ‘one team’ approach.
- Ensures all administration and systems are maintained to a high standard.
- Builds good relationships with colleagues, communicating effectively to ensure a speedy response.

Key Skills:

- Previous experience of reception and managing clients essential
- Background in customer service
- Competent telephone skills dealing with clients.
- Competent IT skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with attention to detail

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Based in Wimborne this role is full time office based.
