Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the ever-growing team at North Property Group. As a Property Inspector you will conduct and write up inspections for our properties in our ever-growing portfolio.

**The Role**

We’re looking for someone with some experience within the property management sector to join our high performing team. Our portfolio is fast-growing, and we need someone who will be able to come in and hit the ground running in this new role.

Our office is based in Leeds City Centre; we would anticipate one day a week to be office based, with the rest predominantly based onsite carrying out inspections at varying stages of a tenancy.

Your day-to-day will be made up of:

- Booking in inspections with tenants
- Managing & tracking your own diary, whilst ensuring targets are hit
- Conducting inventories, mid-term inspections, snagging inspections & check-out inspections
- Carrying out assisted move-ins
- Writing up and finalising inspections during admin time
- Weekly meetings with the senior property manager

Attention to detail, time management and organisation are the keys to success in this unique role. You’ll be responsible for managing your own diary and ensuring that all the required inspections are completed at the right time and to the high standards our clients have come to expect from us.
These will be conducted at the beginning, middle and end of tenancy, with each one having its own specific criteria.

As well as giving you the opportunity to work independently, you will get plenty of first-hand experience with our entire diverse portfolio.

Because of the nature of the role, a full driving license and your own personal vehicle is required. This role would suit an energetic person who wants a varied day-to-day. With our property base all over the UK (predominantly the North), you will be have occasional full days based in Manchester & Liverpool, as well as Leeds. We also have an office in Manchester which you will occasionally work from.
