Our London office is focused on the US market and has long term career opportunities both within the UK as well as the prospect to move to one of our growing number of US offices. We are currently recruiting for a Database Coordinator to join our London team.

The database coordinator provides support to the resourcing and sales functions and is responsible for the continuing maintenance of internal database systems, ensuring that information contained them is accurate, clearly defined and correctly coded. The role is responsible for the administration of external advertising (including external job boards and Centurion Selection own website), the regular maintenance of Centurion Selections presence on social media channels and will assist in the creation of management information as and when required.

**Key Responsibility** **of the role**:

- Ensuring that all new profiles are correctly coded with regard to location, profession and industry.
- Responsible for ensuring all new companies added to Company CRM system are correctly coded with regard to industry and location and all relevant information added.
- Carrying out ad-hoc duties for Directors upon request

**Person Specification**
- Be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Be a problem solver and enjoy handling and managing challenges.
- Be able to take direct instruction.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of IT and database systems.
- Full use of Microsoft Office, Excel and word
- Commercially astute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthiness and discretion.
