We have an exciting new position of Administrator here at ChargePoint Technology, supporting the Health, Safety, Environmental, Facilities Manager (HSEF) and taking responsibility for a wide range of administration and coordination tasks in support of our facilities, H&S and environmental functions.

We are keen to hear from you if you are an experienced administrator who is highly organised, with a great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role, this will be a site based position, where you will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on working hours
- to be agreed.

This is an important and varied position, where no two days will be the same and it includes the following duties - a full job description is available:

- Tracking annual contract services and arranging service visits
- Acting as first point of contact for any facilities related queries
- Tracking HSEF training requirements and arranging courses
- Supporting DSE assessments
- Monitoring aesthetics of the building and arranging repairs
- Providing administrative support across a broad spectrum of H&S tasks
- Attending monthly H&S meeting, taking minutes
- Replenishment/ordering of PPE, stationary, cleaning and office supplies via our purchasing department
- Supporting the HSEF Manager with environmental projects
