**Export Documentation Administrator**

**Peterborough - Hybrid (Once trained: 50% on site/50% WFH)**

**Initial 6-month contract - likely to extend for the right person**

**Hours: 37 a week, 08.00 - 16.00 Mon - Fri (some flexibility around start/finish times)**

**Up to £12.78 per hour PAYE (umbrella contract rates also available)**

We are looking for an Export documentation administrator to join our client’s Global Shipping department in Peterborough on an initial 6-month contract.

**What would you do?**
- You will be supporting the Global Shipping team and be responsible for issuing invoices and any accompanying documents (e.g., Packing lists, Certificates of Origin) within set timescales.
- Ensure documents contain the correct information and Incoterms.
- Provide additional certificates as and when required (e.g., Phytosanitary, ATR1, EUR1).
- Filing of paperwork and collecting proof of export documents.

**What are we looking for?**
- Organisational & administration skills, confident with MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment as part of a team
- Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating and completing Import/Export documentation - desirable
- Experience and understanding of working within a Global Shipping Department - desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms - desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.78-£17.17 per hour

- Monday to Friday
