As a busy boarding kennels we require someone to help with the following tasks....

Answer telephone calls

Take customer bookings & appointments

Update customer records - paper & electronic

Deal with payments - cash & card - face to face or over telephone

Maintain & update filing systems - paper & electronic

Welcome customers arriving at reception

Liaise with kennel staff to collect pets from reception

Update accounting system with invoices, receipts payments etc

(Xero experience desirable but not essential)

Support management team with admin tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
