Job description

**Project Support Officer**

**Salary scale: Scale I**

**Working Hours: 37 (although request for part time working will be considered)**

**Base Location: Shire Hall, Warwick (Agile Working)**
- (Please note the official title of the job is Systems and Project Co-Ordinator)

**About the Role**
- An opportunity has arisen that will give you experience of working in a programme and project environment. The role is a core part of a central team providing guidance to Programme and Project Managers as well as maintaining the IT system used to store Project and Programme details.

**Key Requirements**
- You need to be extremely organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working in a busy environment. You should have a positive approach and be able to manage demands and conflicts in a calm professional manner.

**Examples of Day-to-Day tasks**:

- IT System maintenance and deputising for Technical specialist (as needed)
- Arranging governance team meetings, creating agendas and taking notes
- Updating project risks, actions and issues
- Planning & delivering training sessions
- Analysing project data
- Liaising with the project teams, ensuring they are completing tasks to deadlines
