MacGregor Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Order Processor / Branch Assistant for a highly successful supplier of windows and doors to trade. With sustained business growth they are now growing their branch network and so this is a great opportunity to join a brand new branch opening soon in Inverness
**Order Processor / Branch Assistant role**:
- Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a team of 3, you will develop relationships with customers, answer queries and deliver great customer service
- Process window and door quotes and orders using Evolution / Business Micros (Training provided as required)
- Follow up on quotes and contact customers to update and confirm deliveries etc
- A hands on role you will help with the branch operations such as goods in/out and ensuring that the trade counter area looks great
**Skills & Experience**:
- Specific knowledge of window and door products is highly desirable - ideally with order processing experience
- Great people skills - able to develop strong and trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Methodical, detailed and accurate
- Proactive and flexible - prepared to help out across the branch as required
**The Package**:
- Basic £23k depending on experience
- Monthly bonus scheme
- 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total)
- Monday to Friday working - no evenings or saturday working
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
