Trade Counter Assistant

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an opportunity for a Trade Counter Assistant, for an employer based in Morden, who are seeking someone with Heating and Plumbing experience to join their team.

The role will involve:

- Providing advice to customers on the trade counter, ensuring that they purchase the appropriate product
- Process transactions, including order entry, invoicing, and payment handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answering telephone calls and answering queries
- Working to targets and KPIs in a busy environment

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Previous Heating and Plumbing Trade Counter experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to give advice and information to customers

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm, plus every other Saturday, 8am-1pm.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
