**Location - Leicester**

**Salary - £35,000 - 45,000**

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

- Working on strategic initiatives including the revamp of careers page and implementation of the recruitment management system
- Forecast recruitment needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders, building strong agency relationships.
- Participating in new hires and on boarding activities to improve the overall hiring experience
- Implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and external clients in order to understand business requirements and provide proactive support
- Develop and deliver a social media strategy for talent acquisition across regional areas.
- 7 + year's experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- Graduate qualification in HR or equivalent
- Experience within Manufacturing or Automotive sectors would be an advantage.
- Experience working as part of a talent acquisition function.
