We are launching Lilienblum our new Israeli / modern Mediterranean family style sharing restaurant in May this year in Shoreditch. As part of the launch we are looking to build the opening team and are now recruiting for our Front of House crew.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Friday for lunch and dinner and then Saturday dinner only. The restaurant is then available for private hire on Sundays and Mondays.

Your key responsibilities will be to provide leadership, management, oversee budget and operations for the restaurant. You are responsible for creating and managing all food related standards and health safety ensuring the customer experience is always in line with our standards. You will be the first in command for the kitchen and ultimately responsible for the quality of all items leaving the pass.

**The Role**
- Planning and direct all food preparation and culinary activities for the restaurant.
- Ensuring that all departments and relevant team members are briefed on menu items, communicating all relevant provenance, allergen, nutritional and other distinctive information.
- Arranging for equipment repairs in line with health and safety requirements and budgets.
- Helping the General Manager to achieve budgeted food cost, sales, stock, labour costs and profitability for the restaurant.
- Participation and input towards food and beverage activities helping to build innovative activations.
- Developing and maintaining all culinary control procedures to ensure the safe delivery of all food related products in line with UK food safety and health and safety legislation.
- Assisting in menu planning and pricing and help the Senior Leadership Team and our partners to build a rich programme of events and original unique selling points which ensure longevity and credibility to ensure Lilienblum is always the first thought for our customers to eat.
- Participating in vendor sourcing, quality control, budget management and inventory purchasing for the restaurant.
