**Role:
- Setting small roll feed power presses Sweeney & Blocksidge and CVA’s) up to 25 tonnes capacity with progression & compound tools (4 presses in total)
- Stand-alone role.
- Monitoring the running of these coil fed automatic presses making button badge pressings.
- Setting special purpose rotary table assembly machines.
- Ensuring that production is completed to the specified timescales and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Ensuring safe working practice.

- Must have at least 1 year’s power press setting experience.
- Must have a power press setter’s safety certificate.
- Must be computer literate.
- Have good attention to detail, and work to a high quality standard.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Must be able to use micrometers and verniers.
- Have good presswork problem solving skills.
- Mechanical engineering background desirable.
- Experience in using a FLT is desirable, but training would be given.
- Experience of using some toolroom equipment (surface grinder and centre lathe) would be advantageous.
**Position: Power Press Toolsetter**
**Location:** Bromyard
**Salary. Full time: Circa £27K. Part time: Pro rata.
Full time hours:39.5 hour week. Factory hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4.30pm Friday, overtime paid at a premium rate, with morning and afternoon drinks breaks and a half hour for lunch. Annual holiday is 30 days including bank holidays (bank holidays normally account for 8 days). An annual factory shutdown at Christmas accounts for 3-4 days
