We are recruiting for a Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Henley-on-Thames to be part of an award-winning nursery committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. You’ll be joining an established and welcoming team with other qualified Nursery Practitioners. The nursery has a strong ethos which centres on an individualised child-first approach. Job Specification for Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to include:

- Full Time hours working a 40 hour week, all year round, on a shift pattern covering 730am until 6pm
- Easily accessible via public transport and by car
- Free car parking on site and nearby (5 minute walk)

Nursery Practitioner Role Responsibilities:
- Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery.- Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers.
- Working as part of a team
- Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures.

Person Specification:

- Qualifications: Qualified Level 2+ - NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage, safeguarding, and health and safety.- Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities.- Experience: Working with 2-3-year-old children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting.Benefits Include:

**Salary**: Excellent salary offered, up to £26,500 pa, contingent upon qualifications, knowledge, and experience in a nursery setting.
