- 73450A brilliant role for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a business on the outskirts of Scarborough. Working with the wider Finance Team, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a new role.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Ledger Clerk will include:
- Daily processing of invoices, credit, debit notes and respective payments
- Process expense invoices and assist in the preparation of regular reconciliation
- Credit Control and Sales Ledger duties
- Dealing with supplier queries and correspondences
- General transactional responsibilities through the wider Finance Team
- Other ad hoc duties, as required
To be successful in this Sales Ledger Clerk role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An AAT qualification (desirable, but not essential)
- Good team working and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and to own initiative
- Working knowledge of accountancy software such as Sage, Quickbooks or Xero would be beneficial
This role would be an excellent position for an Accounts Administrator, Finance Admin, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or Finance Officer looking for a new opportunity, as well as a Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable Clerk.
This role is commutable from Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Hummanby and surrounding areas, with onsite parking available.
